I was given my appointment within two weeks of requesting one. I was seen promptly and courteously bye a member of staff, who explained clearly what the tests and process were. She answered my questions in detail which I found very useful and reassuring. I was fitted for a new hearing aid (which is so much better than my previous one) within half an hour. A very satisfactory experience. The member of staff is professional, helpful and courteous. Thank you very much! Rod Barker
