"a day spent in a&e"

My wife had unusual headaches from 4.30 am, i took her to basildon a&e at 10am, she was processed very quickly despite the fact that the department was in the middle of a very busy monday morning. All staff from the catering assistant, the nurses, 1st year student, and the young doctor were informative and helpfull, on the technical medical side my wife had every check and scan possible. My wife had a good outcome, thankfully and i am most gratefull to basildon a&e and the n.h.s.
