Lack of communication and general .My father admitted to hospital with stabbing pains to eye and head.Happy for a 92 yr old to be discharged following day.Waiting for him to come home, informed care agencies of discharge.hospital rang 6.15pm to announce no transport. Discharged following day, home by 11.30am. 8.45pm my father came out in rash over eye and head. Admitted sunday shingles.v poorly now with complications. sent to eye-cas left all day with no painkillers or anti-viral treatment had v high temp. still in hospital. appalling.
