I was recently diagnosed with pre-cancerous polyps in my colon. The consultant listened to my concerns about the extent of the proposed intervention and we were agreed on how much needed to be excised. I was given an early date for the operation which went extremely well. The after care was superb and I was out of the hospital in 5 days and getting on with things after 4 weeks.
The only negative comments I can make are on the quality of food and the almost windowless ward.
