"Emergency doctor"

My mother was seen by the emergency doctor at 8:15 on Sunday night. She went in with extremely bad stomach pain that started on Friday- she was advised to go there by the 111 service. My mother was told it was a viral infection and told to go home and rest/ Shockingly she is at the JR hospital today with appendicitis- absolutely shocking that the dotor did not pick up on this I mean I viral infection are you kidding me. Will be making a full complaint.
