I was a patient on ward F19 at the Queen's Medical Centre for a complete hip replacement. I was most pleased with the fact that I was treated as an individual. All ward staff were caring and pleasant. Explanations were given whenever there was something that I wanted to know more about.
Improvements could be made to the cleanliness of the toilets.
