About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I have just had a phone call from TRAQS offering me a consultant appointment in Cannock which was soon.

There was no information about the hospital. Location is it easy to get to? If you require surgery do you have to continue under Cannock or can you be referred to another hospital locally?

There was no information given apart from we have an appointment at Cannock at the end of the month, do you want it?
