"why do receptionists spoil everything!"

On holiday in Westleton hubby got plywood stuck in his arm ...visit to A And E with 3 children one of whom was disabled... all staff were amazing except a very very rude receptionist, who of course had a good complex. They were rude to my husband and me on several occasions in front of a department of patients. At one stage during from the front desk to the play area where we were in kids bit! A small amount of understanding would have been nice...we waited from 9am until 2:30pm and left without treatment having to go back the next day ...thankfully not to a&e. I am so glad this is not my local hospital as having a disabled child who has seizures we spend lots of time in hospitals. Today I am very grateful we have west Suffolk hospital on our doorstep ... it maybe shabby but looks are deceiving... Ps medical staff were amazing x x
