"Visit to A&E on friday 9/8/13"

My daughter has had repeated trips to various A&E departments and our GP because her tonsils become severely inflamed. On our latest visit the nurse who first saw my daughter was absolutely amazing, Sophie can become quite intimidated but this nurses whole approach and manner was first class. We then got to see the young doctor and again I was struck by the genuine warmth and concern, and his empathy with me really helped. I myself have been very critical of your hospital in the past, but I have to say based on my recent visit that I was completely wrong, your staff are an absolute credit and I felt I had to give you some positive feedback. Sophie has also not stopped talking about how nice the young doctor was and how she wants to be a nurse like the one that treated her, she is back to her usual chirpy self. A massive and hearty thank you
