"A very positive experience"

I am now coming to what I hope is the end of treatment for two very painful leg ulcers (which I wrongly thought only happened to the elderly). We hear so much negativity about the NHS that I felt I must let others know what a positive experience my visits to the Urology Department at St. Peter's have been. The consultant took the time to explain exactly what had happened and what the treatment would involve. In fact he even managed to inject some humour into a very un-funny situation! I would like to thank the consultant and his team for their care and support and for making a very worrying time much less stressful.
