"Administration staff"

re Eye Hospital, Eign Suite. Your medical staff are brilliant, unfortunately the same cannot be said for your administration and reception staff. They are awful, abrupt, don't read notes and information correctly and there is always something wrong that I have to correct with them. You wait in the queue to be called even though there are always 4 of them sitting there, go through details, point out that detail is wrong and this has been pointed out previously.
