"Orthopaedics"

This department is absolutely shambolic. I attended the clinic to see a consultant and had to wait over 4 hours to be seen despite having a specific appointment time. It then transpired I was never booked in for an appointment so had to call up 6 times before they arranged a MRI booking. After having the MRI i was never told i had to then ring up again to book an appointment to see the consultant. I have been in pain for almost 12 months and the level of treatment is appalling.
