"10 out of 10 treatment"

I visited Ilkeston hospital on 6th July to have burns dressed. I had seen my practice nurse on Thursday and have another appointment next Tuesday. But my dressings had become very uncomfortable. I was there for just 50 minutes, the receptionist and nurse were excellent. I left with a smile on my face and enough dressings to last until my next appointment at the Doctors. Thank you for your total professionalism and for treating me as a person not a number.
