Having found a lump in my stomach I went to my GP. Within a week, I had had a scan which thankfully only showed fibroids. From diagnosis to treatment, it only took 6 months. I was overjoyed to find out that I did not need to have a hysterectomy. The NHS and Royal Bolton hospital have been fantastic.
