All staff we came into contact with at the Paediatric Assessment Unit were fantastic, very friendly and created a positive atmosphere - easing my child's, and my, tensions & worries. They were all very informative and thorough at every stage to both of us. I always knew what was happening and what to expect next, and when. The environment was clean and attractive.
