I was a patient in the Day Surgery at the Queen's Medical Centre for knee surgery. The standard of care I received, from both the nursing and the medical staff, was very good. I was most impressed with how the surgeon took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen to me.
The toilets were not as clean as they should have been. Also, unisex toilets aren't the best idea, as this may be embarrassing to some people.
Nevertheless, thank you to all staff in the Day Surgery.
