"mutton dressed as lamb"

the minimilistic design does nothing to improve the attitude that NHS patients are really human,it is endemic in the system,appointment times mean nothing,mine was 12.05 I was seen 1.20 pm,doctor not dressed as such,brush and quick,got a feeling staff running around did not really have a purpose,treatment dished out similar to mass production. did feel my health was better cared elsewhere,therefore I refused treatment and choose altrnative hospital
