"Hospital is one of the worst in the London"

My grandad was taken to Chase Farm following health problems. When he arrived he was treated badly, being told to wait and he didn't have a clue on what what's going on and the worst thing was he was left from 2pm to 9pm in a state that is unbelievable. While they tried to sort out a ambulance to take him back to his care home however, they chose to ignore my father when he said he would take my grandad back. I am disgusted with the level of care and respect put into the hospital and I do not recommend this hospital even in emergencies!
