"Blood test department chooses it's own opening..."

Turning people away from important Blood Tests-at 2.45pm-even though opening times are until 3.30pm!! Because the Courier for the Blood samples apparently comes at 4pm!! Well instead of inconveniencing loads of sick and vulnerable patients - How about phoning the Courier and telling them to come later!! Too simple? No duty of care and a complete lack of care and concern for Patients. Disgusting!
