I arrived a couple of weeks ago to the A&E department after falling over in my Teashop with a full tray of tea and burning my arm. Having never burned myself before the A&E care was second to none in taking time, on a very busy day for them, to explain what I was suffering. I visited 4 times in all and each time the staff were more than sympathetic, understanding and friendly. Finally I have seen the most amazing Doctor who took so much time in informing me of the prognosis and what I should expect for the future (it is quite a nasty burn). I was also offered ongoing dressing changes at the hospital or my local surgery and assured that if I am worried in any way whatsoever to just call back. I was treated in an exceptional way and feel very confident, but I must add I think if you treat the Doctors and Nurses with the respect they deserve it will definitely be recipricated and no one should disrespect any of the Staff at A&E they do the best job they can. Thank you, all of you, at A&E.
