"Forgotten about"

I visited the ADHD clinic at the Maudsley Hospital approximately 7 years ago. I had an assessment but somehow after the initial visit I was forgotten about. Some 7 years later after moving around and getting on with life my ADHD symptoms have worsened so I was reminded of my assessment at the Maudsley some years ago. I thought I would pickup where I left off and give them a call to see if i can get a hold of my records and continue with treatment etc. i was told they'd get in touch as soon as they found my records. That was 4 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from the Maudsley. I've called every week since my initial call weeks ago only to be told someone would get back in touch and no one does. It's Shockingly appalling behaviour. I need my records to go forward with treatment and my life and I fear the same thing that happened 7 years ago will reoccur and they'll never get back to me about my records/assessment. it can't be so difficult to find records and make a phone call. It should take years. I'm disgusted and will not rest until I have my information. This awful hospital should not let their bad management, patient services ruin people life's. temporarily or permanently. I wonder how many other people they have just forgotten about?
