"The highest standard of care"

When I was admitted to the Branston ward I was seen very quickly and had all of my options explained fully. I was given time and the oportunity to ask questions. Staff respected my dignity even at a time when I was too poorly to care about it myself. Everyone was so caring and looked after my needs above and beyond expectation to the point where you wouldn't know I hadn't gone private. My room was very clean and staff were very attentive. I feel very lucky to have been looked after by such a great and genuine team. Many many thanks to you all, I couldn't have asked for more!
