I was a patient on ward 2 at the University hospital Aintree for a leg by-pass. The standard of care I received from all staff was very good indeed - at all times I was treated with the greatest amount of dignity and respect. However, I would have preferred it if doctors had consulted one another before speaking to me, as I was given many different instructions by different doctors.
