"Very rude ENT help"

The doctor in the ENT was very rude he had no time for me and any questions i asked he said ask your GP he said I needed a hearing aid i was seen by a assistant for a hearing test that took all of 5 minutes when i said i don't know why i had another hearing test after two weeks that was completely the opposite to the previous one he said there were no records of me being there before and said his opinion is that I was in denial,he had other patients to deal with he said if I wanted to take a little longer my time was up and make another appointment with your GP. When I went to get fitted for a hearing aid my faith was restored by the person in audio,she said I was being fitted with a micro hearing aid and that they were waiting on delivery and she fitted me a temporary hearing aid which would be replaced within 6 weeks,I am still waiting so if you could let me know when they arrive I would be grateful and she also said that battery packs were also run out but said when I get my hearing aid to pick this up at the same time
