I recently went to the Montagu hospital for treatment on my eyes. The staff at the initial examination were attentive and efficient, and they explained exactly what they were going to do. The consultant put me at ease and the theatre staff were all very helpful in answering my questions.
However, I must admit that the waiting times were tedious.
