"Good service and privacy"

About: Fitzwilliam Hospital

The hospital is a pleasant, low-rise building and the rooms are of a good quality - particularly those which have been refurbished. The bathrooms are great, with automatic lights and taps...very handy when you are relying on a walking frame! The staff are very friendly and helpful, both medical and catering, and there is a lot of respect. It's like staying in a hotel. There are sometimes delays when attending consultant's appointments and the reception could keep people better informed (especially when you are a private patient). The per-op visit was very thorough and carried out with care and respect, with everything being fully explained.
