What I liked
Healthcare was superb in A&E.
What could be improved
Only compaint would by the patient line system. Like to think I am IT literate but I struggled, however biggest concern is the cost.
Did you know that if you call a patient from outside the hospital you pay whilst you listen to patientline's adverts ?- on a mobile this costs nealy £1, and patient line don't tell you this or give any warning. This is unethical and probably against offcom guidelines. Overall cost is extortionate and unfair, and the system is not that good anyway! Felt sorry for the nurses who were having to deal with lots of compaints about the system.
