"Excellent Treatment"

This was my second time at New Hall. Everyone I met was friendly, polite, helpful and informative. At all stages (on arrival, when I went for the anaesthetic & then the operation) I was informed about what was going to happen and roughly when. I was told how to contact a nurse if I needed anything. At each stage, my identity was checked, and was asked to confirm that I was not allergic to anything. I felt comfortable throught the whole procedure and confident that I could ask anything.
