I attended the Sandbourne Suite 25/3/13 for the removal of my Gallbladder. I was made to feel very welcome by the admissions nurse and her smile and friendly approach put me at ease from the very start. All the staff and the medical team had a calm and professional manner and if an operation can ever be a pleasant experience then the operation I had at the Sandbourne Suite was certainly one such experience. I was kept well informed and looked after by the whole team from start to finish and was fortunate to be allowed home that same evening. A big thank you to everyone involved in my care. Phil Dowding
