"Very kind nursing staff who put me at ease"

I had to attend this department for a sensitive and upsetting procedure. However, despite the circumstances, I was really impressed by the nursing staff on the ward. I had three visits in total, and on every occasion the nurse who dealt with me was friendly, professional and sympathetic. They really made a huge difference in calming my nerves, and went out of their way to answer any questions I had. Each part of my treatment was fully explained to me and waiting times were totally acceptable - my longest wait to be seen was 20 minutes. Thanks to all of the nursing staff (particularly two of them) for their great professionalism and for making me feel as comfortable as possible during a distressing time.
