"Pathetic behaviour by doctor in Room No. 1 in A&E"

I visited P R hospital in Bromley last Saturday on 9th March at 2 pm at A & E section. I waited there for 3 hours and when my turn came in, the lady on the reception asked me to go into the docrtor's room. (Room No. 1). I was welcomed by a doctor. Immediately after entering the consulating room, doctor said "I don't a time and have to see lot of patients today" and ask me to laid down on the bed for check-up without asking about the why I visited. When I told him that I came here in last month then he initially refused me to check up but after requesting and telling him that I am suffering through a very bad pain, he just did something and wrote a medicine and asked me to leave the room. The doctor even didn't bothered to listen my whole complaint about the Kidney stone and piles. This is very frusteting.
