"Urgent Care Team for my mum"

My mother was referred to the Urgent Care Team and I am pleased to say within a few weeks she is doing much better. The main receptionist showed us where we needed to go on both visits.The Urgent Care reception area was clean and tidy, the psychiatrist was friendly and helpful. We were offered tea while we waited on both visits by staff. The support package put in place for my mum worked well. All support workers she saw were pleasant and helpful. They are now bringing their involvement to an end gradually. For my mum, who has been ill for months now, they have really been fantastic- thank you Prospect Park Urgent Care Team. Issues: -The Psychiatrist had some misinformation at the beginning which we corrected regarding medication -At the end of the 1st visit we wern't sure if we could leave or still had to wait so found a staff member who helped us. These are really quite minor though!!!
