"Welcoming staff and adequate car parking"

I visited the hospital for outpatient educational sessions. I found it easy to park and the reception staff welcoming and informed, unlike at another London hospital which is difficult to reach by public transport and impossible by car, and where the staff were rude and unhelpful.
