"Lapaoscopic Cholecystectomy as a Day Patient:"

Having visited other hospitals before I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of service offered here at Rowley Hall. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and were pleased to answer of the questions that I had to ask. Throughout my stay I was reassured as to what would be happening and how the procedure would be undertaken, this offered a valuable level of reassurance. After the procedure I was cared for in a private room with its own en suite facilities (something that I was very pleased.) The nurses were quick to respond to any of my requests for assistance and worked admirably to make my immediate recovery as smooth as possible. Prior to my discharge I was given all of the information and contact details that I needed to continue my recovery at home, with reassurance of who to contact should there be any complications. As a whole the service at Rowley Hall was impeccable. I would recommend the establishment to anyone that needed their services in a heartbeat.
