"The Orthodontists take a lot of time, never keep..."

i have been on treatment for my under-bite for the past 3 years. Recently, i had an appointment where i was told that i will be called within 2 months for a clinic appointment with my surgeon but that never happened. i have tried calling the orthodontist department more than a thousand times but no one ever picks up. my under-bite keeps getting worse and it means the surgery i'll have will be more painful and long. i never get responses and in all my appointments which have about 4 month intervals, nothing much ever happens, like the surgery i'm supposed isn't a big deals.
