Had an appointment with a surgeon in regards to having my thyroid removed as I have hyperthyroidism, Really nice approachable bloke who told me my options, I had already decided I wanted the surgery option after doing my own research, he asked did I want more time to consider surgery I didn't so he gave me a choice of surgery dates. Hospital and waiting areas all nice and clean, anti bacterial hand rub at every turn, Nurses, doctors and staff all helpful and polite
