"many many issues need resolvoing"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford)

There are huge problems with inefficiency , particularly in the ONCOLOGY/chemotherapy (which in the normal NHS inefficient way, you do not even LIST below!!) The staff seem really overworked and constantly miss things and almost never refer to a patients notes, vital test results are not passed on, and even dosages are not checked properly, considering the extreme nature of Chemotherapy I find this terrifying. I would also ask that the nursing staff stop talking baby talk to adult patients, words like "tummy" "bottom" and false endearments, such as "darling" and "my love" are totally inappropriate to use on an adult stranger and would not be used in any other workplace, they dis-empower the patient and frankly make me feel very angry and diminished.
