Mine is a complaint about trying to get an appointment - I have been on the waiting list for the past 5 months for a review appointment at Dewsbury. I range last September to get on list and as yet have heard nothing. Every time I ring I just get music and a voice keeps saying 'due to a large influx of calls you may have to wait a while before being connected' I have been ringing for the past 2 weeks on and off and still havent managed to get through to see if I am still on the waiting list? What a farce

The Trust has been experiencing significant technical problems with the telephone lines and automated systems serving the Appointment Centre. The Centre Management Team are working to resolve these problems, in the meantime, if the patient would like to email thier details to pals@midyorks.nhs.uk then we will arrange for the appointment to be facilitated.
