"Podiatry dept. Making direct conytact."

Why am I totally unable to talk direct to someone within the Podiatry dept of The Fareham Community Hospital, and not through an outside agency? Through the NHS website I tried to make direct contact with the listed Podiatry dept. Totally failed . No matter which way I tried, I could not speak to anyone in that dept. In mid Jan I submitted a Self Referral request for an appointment , and on 6 Feb (today) I was informed by a call centre operator based in Southampton that my request was put onto the waiting list just one day earlier, 5th Feb (yesterday), and that I would now have to wait for a podiatrist to look at this computor based waiting list and then be given an appointment and eventually advised by letter. The NHS Webmaster needs to sort this site out. The address details are given, but against the word Telephone is a blank space. I cannot find a number to ring at all. The NHS website says that there have been no reviews submitted by anyone regarding their visits/treatment. Hmmmmmmmm! I wonder why. Just below this box is a red circle with a white 4, followed by the words, 'A little more information (also in red) followed by the word in brackets (required). To answer the question "When did I visit this clinic?", after the 24 months listed, 'Never' or 'Don't know' should be added. I have been been given physio treatment to my left arm but never felt that I had to remember when. I therefore cannot answer.
