"highest praise possible"

Having been diagnosed as needing two full knee replacements I was refered to a consultant and his team at mount stuart hospital from the very first contact with the hospital they have been wonderfull .every member of staff I came in contact with was pleasant and thoughtfull ,the rooms are great with your own phone and tv ect and are cleaned to highest standard , I felt every effort was made to make me happy , my consultant and his team did a fantastic job on my right knee , I was worried about having a injection in my spine to kill the pain during the opperation but I didn't feel a thing then I had a general to go to sleep while they did the operation . I woke and felt no pain at all they controlled my pain all through, three days later I was home and on the mend . that was in october 2012 its now january 2013 some 14 weeks later and I've just had my other knee replaced at mount stuart hospital fantastic again the care level was the same first class from the first step to the last they treated me with the highest profesional attitude possible ,now with my replacemnt knees I can start rebuilding my life again doing all the things I used to . A really big thank you to my consultant and all the staff for taking such good care of me . Mr Steven Nelson .
