Been to LGI orthopedics outpatients 3 times in the past 3 months, each time I have had to wait about an hour. There are always lots of other patients and so many chairs the waiting area, making it feel stressful and claustrophobic.
Consultants have always been great, I have seen a different one each time which isn't ideal, but I suppose shows the demand problem. However, something should have been done about the waiting times by now. Why not just give me a later appointment? ! There is never an apology, they sometimes write the delay time on a board but I don't want to leave unless a miracle happens and I miss my slot.
So happy I have been discharged! !
