I attended an outpatient appointment in Neurophysiology. I found the department very easily to find thanks to the huge list of directions in the foyer. Upon arrival at the department, I found the reception staff to be warm and welcoming and I was seen within a few minutes of waiting..well within my appointment time. The healthcare professional who conducted my tests was warm and friendly and he explained the process with me and what to expect. He put me at ease and made chit chat with me throughout the appointment, meaning that I left with a smile on my face (not something you would usually say after having gone through uncomfortable tests!) I can highly recommend this department in particular and the hospital in general and was hugely impressed with the staff member who dealt with me at 9am on 2nd January.
