"Lack on communication"

About: Kidderminster Hospital

Anything else?

I suffer from reoccurring labia cyst which, when inflamed becomes extremely large and very very painful. I normally manage to get in at my GP surgery to get a dose of antibiotics however on this occasion it flared up on Friday morning so I was unable to get in. Instead I rang the out of hours number where a doctor spoke I me and gave me an appointment to come in today at 3:45 to have to seen to so I could get antibiotics to treat it. However when I got there and was told that I would have to wait as the doctors are running an hour and a half late. I thought is was completely unacceptable and I couldn't wait that long. What is the point in having an appointment I I am not going to be seen on time? When I told the receptions I couldn't wait that long that's why I made an appointment I had her rude by seeing 'well you see all these people there all in front of you' it is safe to say that I now will spend my entire weekend in pain to wait for an appointment at my local GP centre at least they will see me on time and help me straight away!
