My son inlaw was admitted to Watford general 1st jan with a broken neck. his meals were left on the side, very unsatisfactory as he cant feed himself, every time my daughter rang she got conflicting reports there is no continuity lack of communication between staff language barrier between staff and patients, you ring and get a report and the next time you ring you get a report from two days previous. do the staff not have an up to date report on every patient when they come on shift. or is their English so poor they cant grasp what is being said you ask a question and they stand smiling at you because they cant understand English. we are dealing with peoples lives here when is it going to get any better.
