What I liked
Not a lot, the fact I could leave after an hour!
Sorry Cheltenham General, second time I have been here, and second time, I wish I had not! But A&E looked a lot better and cleaner.
What could be improved
Communication from staff, respect from staff, cleaning. To me it seams you are just a number, to the staff at Cheltenham General. plus forget about complaining, gets you no were, as the dept. is based in a different location.
