Have been calling the advertised number since new years day, having been told indirectly (from a family friend turned away from Victoria Hospital, Blackpool) that my relative has been moved here. NO ANSWER. Have called hourly since 7.30 this morning and the calls go unanswered. Have also Emailed but now feel forced to undertake a 14 hour round trip to Bispham, due to failings in the communication system, just to find out how she is. Really not good enough!
