Anything else?
During my stay at Warwick hospital, I was very well looked after and I was impressed with the professionalism and teamwork of the staff. I was a fairly difficult case since as well as breaking my femur, the doctors had to take in the implications of my having parkinsons : sensible decisions were made for instance when my parkinsons medication clashed with the operation medication . I did have one difficulty and that was sleeping. For the first three nights, I was unable to sleep because a patient ( with what may have been Alzheimer's }walked about the ward sounding very distraught. I eventually asked to see someone in authority and was able to see two senior nurses, including the Matron. That night, we all got a good night's sleep. My husband and I were pleased to receive a follow up 'phone call some weeks after my discharge.
"Thank you for the treatment"
