Anything else?
I visited the elective surgery unit on 16th October for foot surgery, because it am a carer for my disabled husband I needed to stay in longer than usual. Unfortunately no beds were available in any of the wards but I received excellent care and everyone from the consultant to the physios were caring and informative. Subsequent visits for follow up treatment, x rays and physio were equally good. A year before I had similar surgery on my other foot and also received excellent care. I also suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and visit the rheumatology clinic regularly. On every visit I or my husband have made we have only received courtesy and caring from all staff who have gone beyond the call of duty to make sure we are comfortable and understand any procedures involved. Well done and thank you to you all.
"What a wonderful experience"
