Went to a&e to be told it's not an emergency . Said it was an accident .was told should have gone to GP. Told triage nurse couldn't get time off work . He was rude and lectured me about nhs funding. When I said I had heard nothing in the news about it . He said nothing ? You've got to have seen it for the past 6 months! Was told it's not good enough reason to come in on news years eve? The waiting room was empty and triage nurse was sat behind reception playing on his phone as I walked in. Is this what I pay my national insurance for ?
