What I liked
quickly referred for surgery; nurse, anaesthetist and surgeon introduced themselves and surgeon reported back to me after op.
What could be improved
No follow up consultation arranged by hospital staff and next steps in process not communicated to me. Impossible to make an appointment within 6 months of operation. Makes whole process futile. Request from my own Dr to speed up appointment with consultant not responded to either. Finally made an appointment which was then cancelled and further postponed and I am unable to make this one.
